1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and m baji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the m baji website at m-baji.com and all associated services, products, and features offered thereon.

By registering an account on m baji, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the m baji platform and close your account.

m baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of m baji is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they hold an account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. m baji operates an absolute 18+ policy. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an m baji employee or contractor, in any role that provides access to non-public information about platform operations, odds, or game outcomes.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction in which online betting or casino gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an m baji account closed for breach of these Terms.

m baji conducts age and identity verification as part of the withdrawal approval process. Players may be asked to submit a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of residential address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by m baji may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may register and hold exactly one account on the m baji platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers are used. Accounts found to be duplicates of an existing account will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

Registration Requirements

When registering an account on m baji, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided at registration, and at any subsequent point when you update your account details, is truthful and accurate.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your m baji account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. m baji will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify m baji's support team immediately via live chat so that appropriate security measures can be taken. m baji may temporarily suspend an account while a security investigation is conducted.

Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date. If your mobile number, email address, or payment details change, you must update your account promptly. m baji cannot be held responsible for failed communications or delayed withdrawals arising from outdated account information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on m baji are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). m baji does not impose currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals processed via supported local payment methods.

Supported Payment Methods

m baji currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for players based in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. m baji reserves the right to add or remove payment channels at any time without prior notice. Players are advised to check the Payments section of their account for current availability.

Deposit Policy

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your m baji account within a few minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Deposit section of your account. m baji does not accept deposits from third-party sources — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operational hours. Mobile wallet withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes during standard hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification checks prior to processing. m baji reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal.

Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals. These limits are displayed in your account and may vary based on payment method, account verification status, and responsible gaming settings you have applied. m baji reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion where required for regulatory compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

m baji offers sports betting markets and casino games to eligible players. By participating in any betting or gaming activity on the platform, you agree to the specific product rules that apply in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on m baji are subject to the applicable market rules at the time of placement. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked. m baji reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, data feed failure, or where the market outcome is subject to an ongoing dispute.

In-play (live) betting markets on cricket, including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup matches, are subject to rapid odds changes reflecting live match conditions. It is the player's responsibility to confirm the displayed odds before submitting an in-play bet. m baji's bet-acceptance engine operates on a best-efforts basis and bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the exact moment of confirmation.

Casino Games

All casino games on m baji, including slots, live dealer tables, and instant games, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from reputable third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are as published by the respective game provider. m baji does not modify game RTP settings from the values certified by providers.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a live casino session or slot game, the round in question will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. m baji's decision on all technical dispute matters is final.

Bet Cancellation & Void Markets

m baji reserves the right to cancel or void bets in the following circumstances: (a) the event is abandoned or postponed and not replayed within 48 hours; (b) there is clear evidence that the odds offered were the result of a data feed error; (c) the market was opened in error; (d) fraudulent activity or match manipulation is suspected. In all void cases, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

m baji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above with a verified m baji account.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific bonus offer once only, unless the promotion is explicitly stated as recurring or repeatable.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated free bets that are not used within the stated validity period will be removed from the account automatically without compensation.
• m baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Players will not be penalised for active bonus rounds that were in progress at the time a promotion is withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be used on the eligible games or betting markets specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on ineligible markets may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

Players using m baji are expected to conduct themselves lawfully, honestly, and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any m baji game, betting market, or platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of the platform to process criminal proceeds.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on fixed, manipulated, or non-genuine sporting events, or having prior knowledge of the outcome of any event on which a bet is placed.
• Charging back deposits via your payment provider after those funds have been used for betting or gaming activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing m baji staff or other players via any communication channel.

m baji cooperates fully with financial intelligence authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment service providers in Bangladesh and internationally in respect of suspected fraud and money laundering. Player account information may be disclosed to competent authorities without prior notice to the account holder where required by applicable law.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Either party may close an m baji account at any time, subject to the conditions below.

Closure by the Player

If you wish to close your m baji account, you may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before an account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy. Self-exclusion closures (see the Responsible Gaming page) are handled under a separate expedited process and take immediate effect upon request.

Closure or Suspension by m baji

m baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• m baji has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct associated with the account.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player is subject to a self-exclusion order that m baji is obligated to enforce.
• m baji is required to close the account by order of a competent authority.
• Continued operation of the account would expose m baji to regulatory, legal, or financial risk.

Where an account is closed by m baji for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed due to a player breach, m baji may withhold the balance pending investigation and reserves the right to forfeit balances where the breach involves fraud or bonus abuse.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. m baji will attempt to notify the player by email prior to applying a dormancy status. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the account settings section, applied to the account balance on a monthly basis while the account remains dormant. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of m baji that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support process should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. m baji will endeavour to respond to formal dispute submissions within 10 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). m baji's decision on all platform-related disputes is final, subject to any mandatory consumer rights provisions that apply in the player's jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific product or promotion terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and m baji with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
